Congratulations to Bob Berk, a Southeast Regional Life Practice Producer at Foundation Risk Partners headquartered in Daytona Beach, for completing the coursework and earning the designation for Certification for Long-Term Care (CLTC).
Bob, a native Floridian, holds a BSBA in Finance and Management from the University of Central Florida and has worked in Group and Executive Benefits for more than 30 years consulting with individuals and organizations on the best options to prepare for future unknown risks.
“Long Term Care Planning is the most overlooked risk protection of insurance and retirement,” said Berk. “And that’s not great, because a catastrophic life event with associated expenses can pose a great threat to your financial security and create undue stress on your family and/or business.”
Bob is part of a larger nation-wide Life Practice team at Foundation Risk Partners (FRP) – a fast-growing insurance brokerage with 1,555 team members at 138 locations across 14 states – who are focused on helping professionals navigate the frequently changing climate of long-term care planning. They provide essential tools exceptional at analyzing risk exposure to provide solutions to financially prepare families and businesses.
What gives Bob a unique perspective is prior to joining the FRP team in 2017, Bob was a carrier representative and insurance agency owner, “Whether you’re faced with a sudden illness or disability with long-term consequences, we want to ensure you not only understand your risks,” added Berk, “but are also well prepared to face and manage any possible outcome so that you, and what matters most to you, are protected.”
